Meet the Directors
Erin & Garrett Graham
Executive Directors/Owners
Erin and Garrett Graham have dedicated their careers to the growth and education of children. Erin, formerly a middle school and high school English teacher, has been working full-time in the field of camping since 2009. Garrett began his career in camping with the YMCA in 1996 and residential summer camping in 2000.
Their love for camp stems from their own experiences as campers, and their hope is to give that same joy that they hold dear to every camper they serve.
Erin and Garrett grew up in Columbia, SC and, together with their son Henry, now live year-round at Camp Glen Arden.
Tricia Young
Associate Director
Tricia, a New Orleans native, first came to Glen Arden as a camper in 1993. After graduating from LSU with a degree in communications, she made her home in the mountains that she had come to love from her time at camp. Tricia worked with special needs children in the area before meeting her husband and starting her family. With her experience as a camper, counselor and head staff, Tricia brings a lifelong passion for summer camp to Glen Arden to share with current campers and families.
Tricia lives in Fletcher with her husband, Mike and two daughters, who are currently CGA campers. When she’s not at camp, Tricia and her family enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and enjoying the mountains.

Upon return to the USA, she sang with Robert Shaw and the original Chamber Chorus of the Atlanta Symphony for four years. She returned to Salzburg to attend the Mozarteum and sang professionally in the Theatre an der Wien, Vienna, Austria. Once back in the USA, she earned received a Masters of Music (MM)Degree in voice from the University of Illinois. In 1974, a position as Assistant Professor of Voice at Wesleyan College resulted in a tenured post that she continued until returning to Glen Arden.
