Kitchen staff help prepare meals each day and keep the kitchen and dining hall in top condition. Previous experience in food service is not required but is preferred. Kitchen staff are required to wear appropriate protective equipment like gloves, facemask and hair coverings as prescribed.
Our maintenance team is responsible for making sure camp is operating at top quality. Some aspects the maintenance team is responsible for include landscaping, carpentry, plumbing, and general repair around the facility.
Our housekeeping crew is responsible for making sure camp is always shiny and clean. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and dusting; sanitizing toilets, sinks and showers; and maintaining the general cleanliness of all buildings at camp (with the exception of cabins).
